REVELATION 14:8

And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Soon after the hundred and forty-four thousand go forth to preach the everlasting gospel to the whole world, another group of servants from within their midst will proclaim the spiritual fall of ‘that great city’, ‘Babylon’. This great city, Babylon, was later shown in the sign of a woman upon whose forehead was written the name ‘Babylon the great’: “And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” (Revelation 17:5) Since a woman is symbolic of a church, ‘Babylon’ is symbolic of the church of Satan. The reason why the church of Satan will fall is because she will make ‘all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication’. When John was invited to see the judgment of the church of Satan, she was referred to as the one ‘with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.’ (Revelation 17:2) The church of Satan’s fornication with ‘the kings of the earth’ is what will result in the enforcement of the worship of the seventh European Empire, its image of the beast empire and the receiving of its mark in the right hand or in the forehead. The kings of the earth, that is the kings of the ‘false prophet’ empire, will make all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of the fornication of the church of Satan when they will cause ‘that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.’ (Revelation 13:15)
